Terms and Conditions of Sale

 

These terms of sale are entered into by Valérie Elloy, representative of the micro-enterprise LE GALURIN, headquartered in Saint-Planchers and registered with the INPI under number 978 856 805 00012, hereinafter referred to as LE GALURIN, and by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the LE GALURIN website, hereinafter referred to as the buyer.

 

Article 1. Purpose

These terms aim to define the contractual relationship between LE GALURIN and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the LE GALURIN online store, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.

Purchasing a product or service through this website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms by the buyer.

These terms of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by LE GALURIN.

LE GALURIN reserves the right to modify its terms of sale at any time. In such cases, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the buyer’s order.

 

Article 2. Products and Services Offered

The products and services listed in the LE GALURIN online catalog are offered while supplies last.

Each product is accompanied by a description provided by LE GALURIN.

Photographs in the catalog are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect likeness, especially regarding colors.

 

Article 3. Prices

Prices listed in the catalog are in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and reflect the VAT rate applicable on the order date. Any change in VAT rate may affect product or service prices.

LE GALURIN reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the price on the order date will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

Prices include order processing but exclude shipping and delivery fees.

 

Article 4. Geographic Area

Online sales of products and services presented on the website are reserved for buyers residing in France and Europe for deliveries required in these areas.

 

Article 5. Orders

To place an order, the buyer must:

 

  • Complete the registration form with all required information;

  • Validate the order after review;

  • Make payment as specified;

  • Confirm the order and payment.

 

 

Order confirmation implies acceptance of these terms, acknowledgment of full awareness, and waiver of the buyer’s own purchasing conditions.

All provided data and recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction. Confirmation constitutes signature and acceptance.

The seller will confirm the order by email.

 

Article 6. Withdrawal

Non-professional individual buyers have a fifteen-day withdrawal period from delivery to return the product for exchange or refund without penalty, excluding return shipping costs.

 

Article 7. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. Payments are made by credit card via the secure Stripe.com system using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt transmitted data.

The buyer’s account will be charged after order confirmation.

An invoice showing VAT is available upon request.

 

Article 8. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address specified in the order, within the agreed geographic area.

Risk transfers to the buyer once the products leave LE GALURIN’s premises. In case of transport damage, claims must be made to the carrier within three days.

Delivery times are indicative; if they exceed thirty days, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded.

 

Article 9. Warranty

All products come with the legal warranty provided by Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

Non-compliant products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

All claims must be sent by mail within fifteen days of delivery to: LE GALURIN, 304 rue des Marronniers, 50400 Saint-Planchers.

 

Article 10. Liability

The seller is only bound by a best-efforts obligation in the online sales process and cannot be held liable for damages resulting from internet use, including data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, or other involuntary issues.

 

Article 11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the LE GALURIN website remain the intellectual and exclusive property of LE GALURIN.

No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use any part of the site, whether software, visual, or audio, in any form.

 

Article 12. Personal Data

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, buyer data may be subject to automated processing.

LE GALURIN reserves the right to collect information, including via cookies, and may share data with business partners.

Buyers may object to data disclosure and have the right to access and correct their data.

 

Article 13. Archiving - Proof

LE GALURIN will archive invoices on a reliable, durable medium constituting a faithful copy as per Article 1348 of the Civil Code.

LE GALURIN’s computerized records will be considered proof of communications, orders, payments, and transactions.

 

Article 14. Dispute Resolution

These online terms of sale are subject to French law.

In case of dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Coutances, even in cases of multiple defendants or third-party claims.
