PRIVACY

LE GALURIN places great importance on protecting the personal data (“personal information”) it collects and processes, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

This includes, in particular, the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, and the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the “GDPR”) (together, the “GDPR Framework”).

This privacy policy sets out the commitments of Valérie Elloy regarding the protection of personal data. Data transfers outside the EU:

We store your data within the European Union. However, if any transfer outside the EU is necessary, we ensure that our service providers guarantee an equivalent level of protection and that such relationships are governed by written agreements.

How long do we keep your data?

  • Contact form: For as long as necessary to process your request, and for a maximum of three years from the date of collection or your last contact initiated with us.

Your rights

Under the GDPR Framework, you have the following rights, which we fully uphold:

  • Access, correction, and deletion of your personal data,

  • Restriction or withdrawal of consent,
