Shipping & Returns FAQ

 

When will my order be shipped?

  • For orders placed from Monday to Thursday, shipping occurs within 48 business hours.

  • For orders placed from Friday to Sunday evening, shipping will take place by the following Tuesday.

    Please note that during public holidays, this timeframe may be extended. This is in addition to the carrier’s delivery time.

How will my order be shipped?

Your Galurin will be packaged in a PackaGreen certified cardboard box. Due to its dimensions, home mailbox delivery is not possible. Orders will be shipped exclusively to a pickup point (Mondial Relay or Chronopost).

 

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed on our website are generally delivered within 4 to 8 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

 

What are the shipping costs?

  • FRANCE: Mondial Relay or Chronopost pickup point – €5

  • BELGIUM and LUXEMBOURG: Mondial Relay or Chronopost pickup point – €8

  • FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES, please contact me directly to arrange shipping.

I haven’t received my parcel, what should I do?

If the delivery timeframe has passed, feel free to reach out via the contact form or email me at bienvenu@legalurin.com— don’t worry, we’ll find a solution.

What is the return period?

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return your item if it doesn’t suit you.

Return shipping is at your own expense. Your item must be returned in full packaging (box, wrapping, and tag).

What is the refund policy?

If the returned item meets our conditions (not worn, altered, used, washed, or damaged, and returned in its original packaging with the tag), you may request a refund or a store credit valid for one year on www.legalurin.com.

Returns that don’t meet these criteria cannot be refunded or credited and will be returned to you.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and validate your returned item(s), the refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email. Bank processing times may vary depending on your institution.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer standard exchanges.

Returned items will be refunded within 7 business days of receipt.

If you want a different size, model, or color, simply place a new order on the website.

Why can a return be refused?

Returns that are late, missing tags, or contain damaged or used items may be refused.

Returns with postage due upon delivery will automatically be declined.
